What a reading here is, and is not.

A reading is a way of thinking about a question with a picture in front of you. It is not a prediction, and it is not advice. It will not give dates, except the one line about where the Sun, the Moon or a planet is, which is astronomy and is checkable. It will not give medical, legal or financial specifics. It never claims a track record.

The cards are Pamela Colman Smith's, drawn in 1909 and out of copyright; the scans are from a printing of that era. The decan attributions are from the Golden Dawn's Book T (1888) and Liber 777 (1909). The words on the site are the site's own.

If you are in distress, a reading is the wrong place to bring it. Talk to someone. In the UK, Samaritans are on 116 123; elsewhere, your local emergency number.
